Jing Li 

General Counsel

Jing Li, JD is General Counsel of ReLive Biotechnologies, where she oversees the company's legal affairs and provides strategic legal counsel across the ReLive group. She joined ReLive in 2023.

She brings unique experiences from both law firm and in-house counsel roles across diverse industries, including railroad manufacturing, consumer electronic products, transportation and government contracting. Her expertise lies in corporate and business laws, employment matters, global supply chain management, and legal compliance.

With a decade of practice, Jing has amassed extensive experience and profound knowledge, advising both well-established and emerging companies at different stages and in various legal areas, spans fund-raising and financing, negotiating complex commercial contracts, global trade compliance, and data privacy issues. Jing has a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving and is able to effectively counsel business partners by providing pragmatic advice.

Prior to joining ReLive Biotechnologies, Jing served as General Counsel at CRRC MA Corporation, a global rolling stock manufacturing company, and as Legal Counsel at Bose Corporation, a pioneering company in the audio space.
